• Experience in Care Coordination/Case Manager required.
• Housing will be provided probable with roommates, so cannot have pets, or S/O.
• Current COVID and flu vaccine required.
• Alaska is not a compact state, applicant must have a current and unencumbered license in home state with an Alaska license application.
